did some pro-tools recording today. Then I remembered I always wanted to put up a mando of raggamuffin. I’ll do the banjo cover of mirrors by JT sometime too.
Oh, its just my extended romance with the lumineers. Had this sitting on my ipad so i uploaded it.
Did a simple cover of colbie calliat’s tune.
My sister wanted to cover it, so i had to learn it and teach it to her. We do it nicely together (although in a different key), but she’s away and i never really recorded any of our sessions doing it.
Look what I just found on SoundCloud: http://soundcloud.com/sodemuyiwacc/little-things-cover-of-1d-fumi/s-IrXpZ I recorded this like 6 times and couldn’t get the lyrics straight, bcos in my head I kept making fun of how gay it was to imagine 5 dudes singing this. And I was having a slight bother in my throat too, so I couldn’t hold notes well without going flat in spots, you’ll notice some of that. But I’ll redo again sometime in the new year with a video too.
On christmas day, i wanted to make something, and I had ran out of onion. So i devised a plan to scavange onions from mcDonalds in the guise of doing a prank (to hide my patheticness and lack of planning for the recipe i was doing). Obtained the onion, and on the way home, heard home by buble and shelton. Then did this cover, ripped off an instrumental off youtube. From some guy named luke V something.

Call Me Maybe - Ben Howard
This song speaks to the very depths of my heart and soul. Tearing me asunder with it’s truth and lifting me up with it’s bright-eyed optimism. It’s songs like these that I live for.
“Hey, I just met you and this is crazy but here’s my number. So call me, maybe?”
This is so brill.
Did a cover of the The Naked and Famous’ young blood. It was on a day, when my throat and vocal felt good. I did it on my 12 string which i don’t play often.
Love this cover of Buble’s Haven’t met you yet.
